Responsibilities:

Inside Business Development Representative

Job Purpose

The Inside Sales Account Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing current customer accounts as well as identifying and attracting new customers. Responsible for being the main point of contact for all accounts in assigned areas. The Inside Territory Account Sales Representative must handle incoming calls for their territories, ensure accounts are meeting sales quotas, provide educational support to assigned accounts and be able to communicate accounts needs to management. In addition, when a field territory is left open, maintain and support the assigned territory until a replacement is found. The Inside Sales Account Representative is also responsible to provide on boarding to new inside sales employees and provide process training and assist with closing sales.

Job Duties:

  • Meet monthly assigned territory sales goals (when a new territory is assigned from an area that had previous representation actual goal will be provided by management).
  • Meet monthly opening order requirement of 1 per month.
  • Ensure all opening orders have placed a second order within 45 days of placing their opening order.
  • Schedule trainings with accounts via webinars/skype as necessary. Notify management and follow training request process when in person training is requested by the account.

Shopify Lead Developer Position

 

Position Overview:

The Shopify Lead Developer leads the design and development of ecommerce Shopify+ solutions for the IMAGE Skincare Professional web and mobile site. This technical position will be responsible for ensuring web and mobile sites support business objectives, run seamlessly, process data accurately, perform well, and are maintained and secured to current technology standards. The Shopify Lead Developer will be a member of IMAGE Skincare’s Information Technology team and will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for all Shopify+ related projects, maintenance, and support.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders, IT, and technical service providers to define scope and requirements, design system changes, estimate level of effort, develop and implement projects according to scope, budget and timeline

IMAGE Skincare is seeking an experienced Product Development Project Manager who is dynamic and passionate. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of major product development projects by performing the duties outlined below. The individual will oversee and manage the complete life cycle of major product development projects.

This position reports directly to our Director of Product Development and will be an integral part of our product development team.

Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Help initiate, create, and manage a Project Management System for New Products and transfer technology projects.
  • Creates, tracks, and implements project plans and timelines for product development projects.
  • Attends product development meetings to document, track, and deliver action items.
  • Drives development of new products in collaboration with third-party contributors from ideation to launch.
